The best International Competition film is 'Before Flying Back to Earth' by Lithuanian director Arunas Matelis. The Big Stamp for best regional film went to Nedžad Begović and his 'Totally Personal', while the Young Jury gave their award to 'Angelmakers' Astrid Bussnik.
