The Israeli doc 'Lady Kul El Arab' by Ibtisam SalhMara’na won the Big Stamp for best film in International Competition. The regional jury chose 'Caviar Connection' by Dragan Nikolić, and in the young filmmakers category the award winners are directors Orhan Eskikoy and Ozgür Dogan for their film 'On the Way to School'.
