The opening ceremony will take place on Sunday, 26 February at 8pm, with the screening of 'Dolphin Boy', a moving and intense story about far-reaching effects of violence and healing potentials of nature. The directors of the film, Yonatan Nir and Dani Menkin. Yonatan Nir  will be joining us for the festival, together with the protagonists of the film.

The tickets for the opening ceremony and for all other programs can be bought in advance at Movieplex box offices in Kaptol Centar, Nova Ves 17.
