'The Art of Selling' chronicles the impact of fundamental changes taking place in a post-Communist society. These are changes that are forcing people to seek new means to help guide them through life. Mr. Peep Vain is a successful sales training instructor in Estonia. He got his start working in the US for six weeks in the summer as a door-to-door book salesman. His success is legendary. Mark is a young recruiter for the Southwestern Company, who will start recruiting students to go to the US in the summer of 2005. A middle-aged widow, who has tried her luck at network marketing but failed painfully, has lost her money and her self-esteem. Now she is trying again. She is attempting to overcome her depression and hardships by beginning a new life as a Tupperware sales representative.
