The site and the central figure of the film is the condominium block by the architect Ivo Vitić in a quiet Zagreb downtown street along with its 256 tenants. Through the contrasts and struggles that the tenants/co-owners of the popularly called “Vitić building” are undergoing, the film is witnessing social, political and human processes that are currently shaking not only Croatia but the entire world.
