Raquel Agea Ramos
Raquel Agea (1993, Benidorm) is a filmmaker and photographer. She studied Audiovisual Communication at the University of Murcia and moved to Madrid to
specialize in cinematographic art direction and set design at the TAI School. She is dedicated to recording intimate video projects and her artistic photographs have
appeared in digital and print publications. She has recently been selected in numerous national and international short film festivals with her first documentary short film Wounds against oblivion, receiving awards such as the Solidarity Award and Young IBAFF at the Murcia IBAFF 2019 International Film Festival or the award for best documentary short film. at the Cortada de Vitoria Festival 2018.
Her second short film This is Raquel’s not so secret diary, subsidized by the Murcia City Council through its Reactivos culturales ‘21 call, has been selected by
CURTS catalog of the Institut Valencià de Cultura for its distribution.
