The wedding is a special occasion in a life. Detailed and long preparation are needed for a traditional wedding to happen. This movie will present what young people are ready to accept, how much they pay and when there is no place for compromise when it comes to someone’s own wedding. Đuro Gavran
Đuro Gavran holds a master's degree in documentary film directing from the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb and design from the Faculty of Graphic Design, University of Zagreb. He is the author of about thirty documentaries. His first film The Verdict premiered at Rotterdam in 2013, and the last one, One of Us, spoke about the topic of sexual abuse of children along with an educational campaign. The film 4.7 won the Big Stamp in regional competition ZagrebDox in 2016. He has also made many television documentaries within the EBU (European Broadcasting Union) and the documentary TV series Good Economy. He is the founder of the Pipser production company. He lives and works in Zagreb.
