In this documentary the director conducts a research of the position one should take in relation to the recent past, which has brought about so much suffering to all. In the search of an answer to this question, famous artists from the territory of the former Yugoslavia share their private memories, recollections, and hopes for the future. The people whose voice is heard in the film are, as follows: from Slovenia, Zoran Predin, and actor Jernej Šugman; from Croatia, actresses Mira Furlan, Alma Prica, and Nina Violić; from Bosnia, director Nenad Dizdarević; from Belgrade, actor Branko Cvejić, actress Anita Mančić and poet Radmila Lazić; from Montenegro, actor and a professor Branimir Popović, and director and pedagogue, Branko Baletić; then, one of the leading intellectuals from Kosovo, Shkelzen Maliqi, a playwright from Kosovo, Jeton Neziraj, and actor Enver Petrovci; and from Macedonia actor Nikola Ristanovski, and writer and actor, Meto Jovanovski.

Dino Mustafić

Dino Mustafić was born in 1969 in Sarajevo. He is a graduate of the Department of Direction at Sarajevo’s Academy of Performing Arts, and holds a second degree from the Department of General Literature at the Faculty of Philosophy. He has directed numerous productions in theatres in the country and the region. He has directed the documentaries: Runway of Life (1993), Army, Key of Peace (1994) and Miracle in Bosnia (1995). He has directed the feature film Remake.
