Since 1973 Nenad Puhovski has worked as a professional director in theatre, film and television and has so far directed over 250 productions. He is a full-time professor of documentary directing at Zagreb’s Academy of Dramatic Art and has taught and mentored young professionals’ projects in Europe, Asia, South America, Middle East, Africa and USA. He is the founder of Factum, which has produced more than 60 documentary films and launched the ZagrebDox festival. As the head programmer and director of ZagrebDox, he will provide a unique insight into the exciting and complex process of documentary film selection for the festival programme.
