An extraordinary tale of grandma Mariška Holubek-Funjak from Koprivnica. After graduating from high school, she taught generations of children how to play musical instruments free of charge. In her eighties she began playing in a band performing rock and country covers of Podravina folk scores and other music, always thrilling the audience. Mariška band held about 50 concerts and an internationally acclaimed award-winning documentary film was made about it. Grandma Mariška died in 1993, at the age of 90, and until the very end she taught children music.
