The documentary starts with a panorama showing an empty crossing, still asleep. The early morning is the only time of the day when this place is veiled in complete silence. When the local bar opens, new clients as well as those who work in the street arrive. This is where entire families meet selling mushrooms and blueberries, an everyday activity of the Roma community living near the border. This is where they start and end each day. Intersection focuses on people’s extraordinary attachment to a particular place.
