A satirical documentary about media-instigated terrorist paranoias. Through a personal story the film strives to depict the individual’s subjective experience as it comes into conflict with a society that bases its outlook on propaganda and stereotypes.

Adnan Smajić

Adnan Smajić was born in Banja Luka in 1992. Having graduated from the American University in Bosnia and Herzegovina with a degree in International Law and Diplomacy, he is currently pursuing an MA in Social Anthropology. He works in the non-governmental sector in the field of transitional justice and post-conflict analysis while also engaging in writing. My Name is Adnan and I Will Not Blow You Up is his first film.
