Kirsten Blohm was born in an American prison in 1946. She was raised by grandparents. She is a grown-up now, but she is still tormented by wondering who were really their parents. She knew her mother; she remembers her as a beautiful, but rather cold woman, who never wanted to disclose anything from her past life, including the identity of Kirsten’s father. Blohm sets out on voyage, following her mother’s traces... She discovers her mother’s secret lover, who was German officer during war...
