The film follows the welcome celebration when Croatian generals Ante Gotovina and Mladen Markač returned from the Hague, in Ban Jelačić Square in Zagreb, gathering over 100,000 people.

On 16 November 2012 the Court of Appeal of the ICTY reached an acquitting verdict for generals Ante Gotovina and Mladen Markač after the Court rejected the conclusions of the council according to which Gotovina and Markač participated in a joint criminal activity with the aim of removing Serbian civilians from Krajina, as well as charges for over-bombing Knin, Gračac, Obrovac and Benkovac. The film follows the welcome celebration when the generals returned from the Hague, in Ban Jelačić Square in Zagreb, gathering over 100,000 people.

Filip Mojzeš

Filip Mojzeš was born in Zagreb in 1989 and is currently in his third year of studying Film and TV directing at Zagreb’s Academy of Dramatic Arts.
