Svetlana Sigalaeva

Svetlana Sigalaeva was born 1988 in Moscow, Russia. In 2003 she graduated from the music school. Immediately after graduating in 2006, she enrolled in VGIK (Gerasimov Institute of Cinema) in the Alexey Uchitel workshop. In 2007 she worked at the film studio Granat. In 2008 she attended Sergey Miroshnichenko’s workshop at VGIK. She is the author of films Kardo (2013, presented at the Short  Film Corner at Cannes Festival), Kak k Ivanu Ivanovichu sovest prishla (2013) and The Road to Hell (2012).
