Per Persson left Sweden 40 years ago. In Pakistan, he fell in love and had two daughters. But as the girls grew older, troubles began. The family emigrates to their Shangri-La: Sweden. They arrive in a caravan outside Hässleholm and all their expectations are turned upside down.
Åsa Blanck was born in 1970 and works as a director and producer. Filmography: Displaced Perssons (2013), Grandpa & Me and a Helicopter to Heaven (2013), The Great Liberty (2011), Kärlek utan slut (2010).
Johan Palmgren is a Swedish director, producer and photographer born in Stockholm in 1967. From 1997 until 2004 he worked as a cinematographer, producer and reporter for the production company Moderna Tider in Stockholm. Participated at around 20 documentary films for SVT, TV4, TV3, TV8 and several news-stories. His films were screened and won awards at many international festivals. He is the organizer of the Ammarnäs Film Festival.
