Homo Homini Dox: Retrospective of Croatian Anthropological Documentaries

The film explores an unusual practice: naïve art made of straw created by the unwedded women from Bunjevac villages in the Subotica area. The choice of real life excerpts, and the commentary and the movement of the camera are all aimed at painting the fullest and clearest possible picture of this interesting phenomenon. Devoid of the usual dullness of cold factual presentation, this film goes beyond a simple report.
