Hungarian project Queen of Chess by Bernadett Tuza-Ritter won the HBO Europe Award, the Al Jazeera Balkans Award went to The Other Side of the Pipe by Marko Kumer Murč from Slovenia, Ever Since I know Myself by Maka Gogaladze from Georgia received the ZagrebDox Pro Online Mentor Award, and Forbidden by Anelise Salan from Romania picked up the DAE Mentoring Pitch Award. This also concludes the first online edition of Zagreb Pro that took place from 15-23 March.
Like numerous other film events worldwide, the 16th edition of the International Documentary Film Festival ZagrebDox, which was set to take place 15-22 March, has been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the festival's training programme ZagrebDox Pro has moved online and successfully completed its first segment this week.
Twelve chosen projects from eleven different countries will participate at this year’s workshop and Pitching Forum.
The new deadline is December 13.
