Oliver Sertić

Oliver Sertić is a documentary producer and festival programmer. To date he has produced around 30 feature and short documentaries and experimental films screened at more than 300 international film festivals. For 15 years worked as a journalist and editor-in-chief in different media and organizer of cultural events. He is the founder of production company and documentary organisation Restart (2007) where he established its educational department, as well as Dokukino, Restart Laboratory and Restart Label – its documentary distribution sector. He has cooperated with numerous film festivals as PR manager, programmer, producer and advisor (Zagreb FF, ZagrebDox, DokuFest, Vukovar FF, Makedox, DORF, RAF, Supetar Super FF, Moldox…). He is one of the tutors at the School of Documentary Film and programme collaborator at Dokukino and Restart Label. Since 2007, works as a selector for Liburnia Film Festival in Opatija, while from 2012 until 2020, he was also the festival’s director. Currently living between Berlin and Zagreb.

Mehrdad Oskouei

Mehrdad Oskouei is an Iranian filmmaker, producer, photographer and researcher born in 1969 in Tehran. He studied film direction at the University of Arts. His films have been screened at numerous festivals both at home and abroad to great critical acclaim, making him one of the major Iranian documentary makers. In 2010, Oskouei received the Dutch Prince Claus Award for his achievements. He is a founding member of the Institute of Anthropology and Culture and has sat on several international film festival juries, as well as being a cultural ambassador for the United Nation's humanitarian committee UCHA. He also teaches at film schools around Iran and is active in the Tehran Arts and Culture Association. His film The Last Days of Winter was released in France in 2013 to both critical and public acclaim. His film Starless Dreams was screened at 2016 ZagrebDox and Sunless Shadows in International Competition at the 2020 edition of the festival.

Franka Perković Gamulin

Franka Perković Gamulin was born in 1969 in Zagreb. She studied Comparative Literature and Philosophy at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb and graduated Theatre Directing and Radiophony at the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb. In the past 25 years, she has directed several dozens of theatre plays and has received a host of domestic and international awards and recognitions. She is a professor at the Academy of Dramatic Art, Department of Acting, currently also holding the title of Dean of the academy.
